• Travel resources, guides, and reports

Our recommendations and data are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute professional travel, legal, immigration, or financial advice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data visualizations, software, and compilations, is the property of US ESTA ADVISOR or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Certain Services may require payment. All fees are quoted in US Dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We use third-party payment processors, and by making a payment, you agree to their terms of service. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with notice.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless US ESTA ADVISOR and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access them at your own risk.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
